For bookings made after October 1, 2009:
Payments made by using a credit card attracts a surcharge of additional 1.5% [on Visa and MasterCard] 2.5% [American Express and Diners Club Card] on the total invoice amount unless the booking is paid for online.
CHEQUES - require prior authorization with Management and must be cleared in our bank account prior to arrival.
No personal cheques will be accepted at checkin.
LETTER OF COMPANY AUTHORITY, CREDIT APPROVED ACCOUNT
DIRECT DEBIT - funds must clear in our bank account prior to arrival.
