Casual Relaxed Dining

Some of the delicious ENTREE and MAIN courses selections to whet your appetite include: Seared Scallops wrapped in prosciutto, served on grilled tomato, field mushroom, egg plant and topped with Persian feta; Karradale Rack of Lamb crusted with Dijon mustard and herb dukka served with baby potatoes and roasted garlic; Char Grilled Asparagus with egg plant, tomato, topped with Persian feta and drizzled with truffle oil

DESSERTS - for those with a sweet tooth you will be in "temptation heaven". The chef's creations such as Lime and Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee with buttered shortbread biscuit & vanilla ice cream or Chocolate Almond Parfait served with tangerine syrup and praline, will more than meet your expectations.
A fine range of boutique teas, brewed and liqueur coffees will enhance your dessert selection - why not try a fruit or creamy cocktail to round off a delightful meal.
