BRAD ANDERSON
Brad brings with him extensive experience, having worked in many renowned restaurants and hotels throughout New Zealand, Western Australia and Victoria.
He was apprenticed under the famed New Zealand born Chef, Grieg Olsen for 10 years. Brad became Grieg’s apprentice at Williams Seafood Restaurant in North Fremantle. While there, the restaurant won three consecutive Gold Plate awards from the Catering Institute of Australia as well as four consecutive Hall of Fame Seafood awards from American Express.
Brad furthered his career at the Esplanade Hotel Albany; Caves House in Yallingup; Karri Valley Resort, Pemberton; The Intercontinental Hotels Group Area Chef for Western Australia, looking after the kitchens at Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn City Centre Perth and more recently as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Melbourne.
