We welcome Brad to our K on Hay Cafe & Bar
Brad brings with him extensive experience, having worked in many renowned restaurants throughout New Zealand, Western Australia and Victoria.
He was apprenticed under the famed Alain Fabrègues for two years at The Loose Box restaurant, outside Perth, then moved to Williams Seafood Restaurant in North Fremantle. While there, the restaurant won three consecutive Gold Plate awards from the Catering Institute of Australia as well as four consecutive Hall of Fame seafood awards from American Express.
Brad has furthered his career at The Esplanade Hotel Albany; Caves House Hotel in Yallingup; the Accor Group’s Karri Valley Resort; The InterContinental Hotels Crowne Plaza Perth and Holiday Inn City Centre Perth and more recently as Executive Chef at the Crowne Plaza in Melbourne.Brad and his team are busy creating the new menu which will feature top quality local produce and is due to be showcased in April 2010.
